Delaying this further is just not worth anyone\u2019s while,\u201d said an industry source familiar with the project\u2019s pace of progress.<\/p>\n<p>The original location for the refinery was Nanar in Maharashtra\u2019s Ratnagiri district but this was scrapped in March this year following protests by the locals.
