They alleged that the assurances given to them by Jammu-based contractor for releasing their salary have proved to be a hoax. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have time and again taken up the matter with the contractor but expect for hollow promises we got nothing. \u201cThe Eid is approaching and we have been left high and dry.
