Net profit in the year-ago-period stood at \u20b91,302.63 crore.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s net revenue rose by 8 per cent to \u20b928,546 crore against \u20b926,547 crore logged in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. Employee benefit expenses during the quarter under review came down by over 35 per cent to \u20b910,700 crore ( \u20b916,651 crore).
