Venugopal\u2019s plea for a four-week adjournment. <\/p>\n<p>The review pleas have challenged the court\u2019s December 14 judgment that had said there was no illegality in the decision-making process related to the controversial purchase of 36 Rafale combat jets from France. <\/p>\n<p>Venugopal had sought four weeks to file the counter-affidavit but Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi declined the plea. <\/p>\n<p>The bench of Chief Justice Gogoi and Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and K.M.
