We\u2019ve been forced to return to Delhi,\u201d Mr Gandhi tweeted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s meetings in Samastipur (Bihar), Bala-sore (Orissa) &amp; Sangamn-er (Maharashtra) will run late.
