We\u2019ve been forced to return to Delhi. Today\u2019s meetings in Samastipur (Bihar), Balasore (Orissa) &amp; Sangamner (Maharashtra) will run late. Apologies for the inconvenience.\u201d The Congress president posted a video of the flight that shows him, the pilot and the co-pilot. <\/p>\n<p>Aviation regulator DGCA (Directorate-General of Civil Aviation) has initiated a probe.
