Al-Falih, also Saudi Aramco\u2019s chairman, had previously let the cat out of the bag \u2014 first in December during the Udaipur festivities that marked Isha Ambani\u2019s wedding, then in February when he accompanied Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman for a state visit to India. New Delhi is \u201cnumber one priority\u201d for Riyadh,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>On February 20, Lutyen\u2019s Delhi had even been buzzing with speculation that a deal announcement was due.
