The pay was delayed owing to \u201ctemporary liquidity constraints\u201d at Jet, it added.<\/p>\n<p>Financing airlines<\/p>\n<p>According to Reuters, Etihad set up two vehicles \u2014 EA Partners I and II \u2014 which sold $1.2 billion of bonds to raise funds for several airlines.
