With regard to handwritten diaries which contain references of \u201cAP\u201d and \u201cfam\u201d, EG further alleged in its charge sheet that Michel has tried to pin the blame on another alleged middleman Guido Ralph Haschke. As regards to \u201cAP\u201d, Michel has said \u201cI cannot say what Haschke was thinking.
