Also, the Make in India scheme and defence offset clause has forced many multinational defence corporations to ramp up their skilled manpower. <\/p>\n<p>Added to the urgency are the \u2018Buy (Indian-IDDM)\u2019, \u2018Buy (Indian)\u2019, \u2018Buy and Make (Indian)\u2019 and \u2018Make\u2019 categories of capital procurement under the Defence Procurement Procedure (DPP).
