It came as a surprise, a huge relief,&#8221; said a source. But the &#8216;GST component&#8217; of these inspectors&#8217; salaries, which is paid separately by DGCA, and has been pending for seven months, remains to be paid. &#8220;DGCA will owe each FOI Rs 5 lakh to Rs 11 lakh by way of unpaid &#8216;GST component&#8217;.
