In May 2013, LIPL subleased this plot to Contend Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (CIPL). The company was incorporated by two individuals – Vikram Nath and Devandra Saxena having 50 per cent equity each. InfraLive has found that on June 27, 2013, Antriksh Engineers C o n s t r u c t i o n C o r p , I d e a l Infradevelopers Pvt Ltd and Zeal Buildwell Pvt Ltd had entered into an agreement with the company (Contend) granting them develop- ment rights of the plot in the ratio of 4:3:3 respectively, along with entitlements, benefits, rights and ob l i ga t i ons ( s e e t ab l e -B2 ) . However, the title of ownership of landwas retained by Contend. But, on April 15, 2017, all the three companies surrendered their rights in favour of Contend at mutually agreed consideration.
