InfraLive found that after the audi- tors of C&AG of India started audit (2018) of the office of the Noida Authority for the first time since its establishment in 1976, LIPL rushed to register this project. In August 2021, LIPL partnered with Bhutani Group for the Citi Centre 150 pro- ject. On physical check at the site, we found that a commercial cum resi- dential complex is coming up at the plot, which is presently being developed by Bhutani group. This group is advertising the project as City Centre 150 and it is advertising RERA ID to be UP-RERA-PRJ- 270081 . However , when we searched on UP RERAweb site, we found that the project under the above ID is being developed by Logix Infradevelopers Pvt Ltd. Interestingly, we found that the same company, with spelling of “Infradevelopers” as “Infra Devel- opers” ie Logix Infra Developers Pvt Ltd is also being shown sepa- rately on UP RERA web site even though the CIN issued by RoC is t h e s a m e f o r b o t h i e U70200DL2011PTC215284. This is confusing, misleading and can be a deliberate attempt by the promoters to hide something important from the investors / proposed allottees. This duplica- tion of project developer reflects poorly on the working of UP RERA. shares, and VC Solutions Pvt Ltd has 3,000 shares. However, on June 20, 2019, one share was allotted at par value (Rs 10) to Tribeca Dwellers and Build- ers Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, (see table B) subject to provisions of M&AoA. But no new M&AoA has been filed by the company. After that allot- ment, no further detail is available on the MCA web site on any change in shareholding pattern. Tribeca was given Folio No. 9, but no detail is available for two more share- holders who would have exited the company before the allotment of shares to Tribeca. We looked at Tribeca's MCA records.
