Part A A A1 A1 A1 Sports City Scam Infra LIVE July 15, 2022 32 www.infralive.com O n January 18, 2012 a Lease Deed was executed between Noida Authority and Logix Builders & Promoters Pvt Ltd (LBPPL) for Part-A of the Plot No. SC-01 of the Sports City at Sector-150, Noida measuring 269,430 sqm, at Rs 325 crore, for 90-year lease period. Subsequently, LBPPL divided this Part-A plot into seven sub-plots (A, A1 to A6) see table Part A. Part-A. LBPPL retained only the smallest unit 'A' (5,189 sqm) and transferred / sub leased the remain- ing area to other companies in a manner not considered normal transactions.
