The Centre on Thursday told the Kerala High Court that neither the Government of India nor the Indian Railways has concurred with or requested the Kerala government to lay survey stones or mark land during the course of the social impact assessment survey being conducted for the semi-high-speed rail corridor.
The Railway Board submitted an affidavit in the court, which is hearing petitions challenging the social impact survey of the project called Silverline, conducted by the state government. The Railway Board submitted the affidavit based on a direction from the High Court.
