Chief Minister Kamal Nath has issued instructions to ensure proper electricity arrangement and avoid unnecessary cuts. He said that power cut despite surplus power is a serious issue. The Chief Minister has issued instructions to take stern action against officials responsible for it. He warned that officials-employees responsible for power cuts without a valid reason will not be spared.
Nath said that apart from technical shortcomings or faults no other reason for power cut will be tolerated. He said that electricity is a mandatory facility connected to the farmers and general public. Officials and employees connected with the electricity department should make undaunted efforts and work with total sensitivity to ensure this citizen’s facility under all circumstances.
