The company has sub-divided the remaining sub-plot of 70,000 sqm into two parts and have sold/ transferred the sub-plots to two companies: Arena Superstructures Pvt Ltd (ASPL) 50,000 sqm plot and Pinnacle Superstructures Pvt Ltd (PSPL) 20,000 sqm. ASPL has launched a residential project Lotus Arena on its plot. The project is however still incomplete. ASPL was also entrusted the responsibil- ity of development of multi- purpose playfield on its plot but no action has been taken to construct it till date. ASPL is under Corporate Insolvency and Bankruptcy Pro- cess (CIRP)/IBC since October 2020. SBPL sold/ transferred the own- Seque l Bui ldcon Pvt Ltd (SBPL) was incorporated on March 10, 2011. Its authorized share capital is Rs 500,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs 100,000. The company was allotted sub-plot of SC-01/A measuring 100,000 sqm in October 2011. They retained a sub-plot of 30,000 sqmwith them- selves and launched residential projects namely Belevedere Phase 1
