Its authorized share capital is Rs 100,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs 100,000. XEPL was not allotted any sub-plot directly in sector 79. It was however allotted a sub-plot of 14,272 sqm in Sector 79, which was later on sold to third parties. Further, it had share from 9.5 pc to 25 pc stake in the SPC which was allotted signifi- cant sub-plot of 312,000 sqm in the Sport City SC-01 in Sector 78 & 79, out of which 146,500 sqm area was sub- divided and allotted to seven other companies. XIPL has also become in effect a defunct company as its AGM was last held on September 28, 2017 and as per records from MCA, its balance sheet was last filed as onMarch 31, 2017. September 30, 2016 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was last filed as on March 31, 2016. It is therefore evident that the lead member of the consor- tium has not been able to meet any of its commitment stipulated in the brochure after taking plot.
