Part-2: Where is the Sports Infra in 'Sports City'

Present Status of the Projects: project of GolfgreenMansions Pvt Ltd consisting of 8 towers is complete. The promoter had made a request for issue of completion certificate (CC) in April 2022. As none of the sports infra projects have even started, Noida Authority has apparently not issued the CC as yet. It is not likely to be issued in foreseeable future. 9. Gaur Sportwood: The project of Gaursons Sportwood Pvt Ltdwas given a provisional CC on 17.10.2018 with the condition that final CC will only be given when envisaged sports infra projects are completed on the entire sport city plot SC-01/78 & 79. 10. Mahagun Mirabella: The project of Golfgreen Infra Pvt Ltd consisting of 3 Towers (472 flats) and 16 Villas is in advanced stage of completion. The inspection team of UP RERA found (April 2022) that 90 per cent work has been completed. The promoter has submitted the request for issue of CC two years back. 11. CivitechStadia: The project of Golfgreen Superstructures Pvt Ltd is complete. The promoter hadmade a request for issue of CC in February 2019. As none of the sports infra projects have even started on the sport city plot SC- 01/78 & 79, Noida Authority has apparently not issued the CC as yet. It is not likely to be issued in foreseeable future. 2014. Bookings of the plots were also done. As per the sanctioned plan of Noida Authority, most of the sports infrastructure were to be developed on this plot at the cost of Rs 400 crores. However, no work has been done in this respect. 5. Lotus Arena Phase-2: The project launched by Piyush IT solutions Pvt Ltd on 28,000 sqm plot in 2015 is incomplete and the work is at standstill. Out of six towers, none of the towers have complete superstructures. Brick work is only partially done in all towers. The company is presently under CIRP/IBC. 6. Lords: The project launched by Kindle Developers Pvt Ltd on 40,000 sqm, based on plan sanctioned by Noida Authority on June 24, 2013 is still incomplete. The company is presently under C I R P / I B C . A b o u t 4 7 8 homebuyers have raised claims of Rs 197 crore, out of which claim of Rs 190 crore has been admitted. Other financial/ operational creditors have also raised the claims of Rs 31.19 crore on the company. 7. Sunshine Solaris: The project of GolfgreenResidency Pvt Ltd commenced on 01.08.2013 is still incomplete. The inspection party of UP RERA in April 2022 found that about 75 per cent work in the project was completed. 8. Elite Golf Greens: The 1. SikkaKamantaraGreens: The plan of residential project launched by Pinnacle Superstruc- tures Pvt Ltd was approved in 2017. The project is still incom- plete. However, the AGM of the company has not been held for the last 4 years. Resultantly, annual accounts were prepared of up to March 2018 only. 2. Lotus Arena: The project of Arena Superstructures Pvt Ltd has 9 high rise towers, of which superstructure of six towers have only been erected till date. In remaining three towers, only part of the structure has been done till date. No work is going on in the project for the last 3-4 years. The project is under CIRP/IBC. About 825 homebuyers have raised claims of Rs 425 crore on the company unde r CIRP . The promoter has not taken any action on the Sports Infra in the Plot. 3. Hilston Phase 1 & 2: The project of Golfgreen Buildcon Pvt Ltd based on the plan sanctioned on 4.9.2013 by Noida Authority was launched in 2017 which is still incomplete. 4. Lotus Yardscape Phase-1: The plotted project of the SPC of the consortium on 166,459 sqm plot, launched in 2015 has not taken off at all.
