Three C Group of compa- nies The promoters, directors, part- ners and their family members of Three C Group of Companies were allotted 8 plots of farm houses in sectors 127 & 128 by Noida Author- ity on February 26, 2009. Another sister company Challengerz Web Solutions Pvt Ltdwas allotted a plot in sector 133 on January 18, 2010. Thus, nine plots were allotted to the promoters, directors, partners and their family members of Three C Group of companies (see table-A3 at pg 27). The C&AG has deter- mined the undue benefits of Rs 135 crores to these individuals/ compa- nies. 4. C h a d h a G r o u p a n d related companies Allotment of seven plots was made (two on March 26, 2010 and 1. Anil Kumar&Company The CAG has pointed out that allotment of 11 plots were made on March 30, 2011 to the companies/ entities of the same group - Anil Kumar and Company (see table-A1 at pg 26). Similar documents were submitted by the applicant compa- nies/ entities of the group. How- ever, UPICO/ PAC did not do the linking of records and necessary due-diligence before allotment of plots. PAC made such multiple allotments despite knowing fully about the applicants' status through evidence available on record. CAG has determined that the Noida Authority have provided undue gains of Rs 169 crores to this group. 2. Aeren group and related companies Allotment of eleven plots was made on October 30, 2009 to five companies of the same promoters (Sanjeev J Aeren and Sunita S Aeren), their associates/ sister concerns having common direc- tors etc (see table-A2 at pg 27). This verification/ due-diligence was not done by UPICO/ PAC before allotment of multiple plots to them.
