HYDERABAD: Over 600 charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) will be set up in the state, energy minister G Jagadish Reddy said.
The state government had already set up 138 charging stations for the benefit of EV users, he said.
The minister, who inaugurated an EV show at Hitex on Friday, said the government had already announced sops for EV manufacturing companies to promote them and concessions would be extended to battery manufacturing units.
