A 20-year-old student on board a New York-New Delhi American Airlines flight was detained for allegedly urinating on a fellow male passenger, a US citizen, and misbehaving with staff, said police.
Devesh Kumar Mahla, DCP (IGI Airport), said, “We received a complaint of urination on a passenger on board an American Airlines flight against one person, Aryan Vohra, who is a student in the US and a resident of Defence Colony. The airline had filed the complaint. An FIR has been registered against him under IPC sections 294 (obscene act), 510 (misconduct in public by a drunken person) and sections under the Civil Aviation Act.”
