Government unveils National No Fly List for domestic passengers

Domestic air passengers in India could be banned from flying for 3 months to three years or more from today, in case the passenger is an unruly passenger.

This has been proposed in the new National No Fly List which was unveiled today by Ashok Gajapthi Raju Union Civil Aviation Minister.

The NFL list proposes three categories of misdemeanour. Under the first instance a passenger will be banned for not taking a flight for upto 3 months. A second misdemeanour will see passenger being banned for upto six months and for third up to two years or more.
